The rates were higher at the store than online. There was an extra $20 fee that was added for returning after hours that was not declared at booking. There is nothing worse than expecting a $62 fee (booking fee online) and paying $99 at the store. Do better.
RYANL TSignage! There was no sign about where to drop off the truck or the keys. I just parked beside another truck and walked around this huge lot for 15 minutes before finding the drop box. I was also told I wouldn't get charged extra for mileage because the drop off location was 25 minutes away from my house and I got charged anyways. Terrible experience.
Jason ITwo guard dogs roam freely in the yard. I had to yell out my truck window to get them put behind closed doors.
Larrie EI think the employees need better training on rental procedure. Instead of a deposit I was required to pay full estimated amount. Returned truck on time on a Sunday to find out office was closed which I was not informed of. Received a phone call Monday stating they owed me money as I overpaid, Employee tried to refund on my card but could not do so. Now I am waiting for a call from them to tell me how and when I will get refund. I feel better training on procedure is required for employees working weekends. I will not rent another truck from this location.
ruth cMake sure that when someone has a timed pickup and or dropoff time, that other people respect that. I'm only saying this, because I was on time to pick up the uhaul that I rented. The person ahead of me was almost an hour late for the drop off and on top of that they forgot to do that. So I had to wait some more until they came back from refilling the truck.

BRIAN PWhen picked up the vehicle it was covered with 6 inches of snow. There was no snow brush/Scraper in the truck. If they proprietors knew the truck was booked why did they not take 5 minutes and clear the snow off the truck?
