How U-Haul Reviews WorkIn previous years in renting a uhaul it was much simpler then the process you have to go through now....from tryng to book at a location to be called and told they dont have what you want and you have to drive way out of your way to pick up at another location. Your app process is too complicated that people have to upload photos before leaving in a non cell service area, and taking pictures in the dark .Overall i would not use uhaul again due to your frustrating booking system. I previously tried booking and gave up and borrowed a trailer from a friend. I feel bad giving a poor review as Stewart's Towing were very kind and helpful and this is not a reflection of the service that they provided.
Keith Pwe needed a 26 foot truck from Southampton and it was not available. We had to drive 45 km to Owen Sound to pick up our truck then found it was only a 20 foot truck., this required us to make a second trip with out movers racking up over $200 in milage fees. we were very disappointed and would like a call back. Again, we requested a dolly but none was provided to us for the third time.
