PAUL GThe rates were higher at the store than online. There was an extra $20 fee that was added for returning after hours that was not declared at booking. There is nothing worse than expecting a $62 fee (booking fee online) and paying $99 at the store. Do better.
RYANL TSignage! There was no sign about where to drop off the truck or the keys. I just parked beside another truck and walked around this huge lot for 15 minutes before finding the drop box. I was also told I wouldn't get charged extra for mileage because the drop off location was 25 minutes away from my house and I got charged anyways. Terrible experience.
