showed up and they gave our uhaul away, had to wait for over an hour to get a truck. Uhaul having these third party locations is an awful idea and never goes well. I will never ever get a uhaul from here again.

Location was great, pickup was decently smooth but had nothing to do with the staff, u-haul systems were down which cause it to take longer than needed.

RONALD GI rented from the UHaul store site and was moved x2 to franchises. The can was covered in dirt and cat hair and smelled terribly. The outside was coated in dead bugs. There were clean same sized trucks there and they would not give ma a clean one. Just TERRIBLE!!
Linda WThey will charge you for gas if you bring it back at the same amount. I picked up the truck. The gas gauge was almost on E at the 1/8 left Mark I drove less than 3 miles put in five dollars of gas and they still charged me $15 for gas.

Kayla REmilie at the Stinker Store was absolutely wonderful and helpful, just can’t say enough good things about her! I accidentally locked the key in the cab of the truck, and she helped me call the region manager and find a solution for that; she also corrected the fuel discrepancy problem that carried over from when I picked up the vehicle.
