Much better to go to the actual U-haul location on Chinden. The uhaul web page for bringing back in the truck sucks. There is no way to tell if you've put in enough fuel. The computer interaction was slow. There was no good reason that I was forced to go to this site by uhaul as I already had a reservation for weeks at the Chinden location.

How U-Haul Reviews Workshowed up and they gave our uhaul away, had to wait for over an hour to get a truck. Uhaul having these third party locations is an awful idea and never goes well. I will never ever get a uhaul from here again.
Destinee RLocation was great, pickup was decently smooth but had nothing to do with the staff, u-haul systems were down which cause it to take longer than needed.
DIllon CThe employee at the store was awesome. I can’t say enough about how much she helped.
RONALD GI rented from the UHaul store site and was moved x2 to franchises. The can was covered in dirt and cat hair and smelled terribly. The outside was coated in dead bugs. There were clean same sized trucks there and they would not give ma a clean one. Just TERRIBLE!!
