The pick up of the equipment went fine. The person at the location in North bay was fantastic.. halfway through the trip. There was no trailer lights on the passenger side When I went to drop the trailer off at a U-Haul dealer on Prince of Wales Dr. They told me they would not accept the trailer and I had to take it to another location. He was very rude about it and smug. My pick up location was great. My final drop off location was great on Merivale Road.. But the U-Haul dealer on Prince of Wales Dr., Altamar gas station should not represent your brand. I can be reached at 613–223–7476 to discuss further

I had a great experience renting from U-Haul. The booking process was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful from start to finish. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready right on time. Returning the truck was just as smooth with clear instructions and no hassle. Overall, U-Haul made the moving process much less stressful. I would definitely recommend them and would rent again in the future

It would be helpful if they asked if I've ever driven one of their vehicles before. This was my first time, and it was a little tricky to figure out all the dials and buttons; especially since it was winter and I had to adjust the heating, etc. A quick lesson on where all the gadgets are (wipers, heat, lights, etc.) are. That being said, it was a really nice truck to drive. Comfortable and zippy on the highway! Great trip!

Arrived before 5, unable to determine where parking lot was/where drop off for keys was located due to snow. Had to call facility to ensure I was at the right address.

The trailer that we were assigned was not in good condition. Lighting issues on-route. We were not able to complete our move.

Had to crawl in from passenger side since the trucks were parked too close. No snow brushes had to clean off vehicle myself. Mileage was printed wrong n sheet vs actual mileage in truck. The Van I requested was not available but I only found out by calling the day before there was no fore warning. However the clerk working was very nice.

Booked for 3pm. Arrived 310. No one there. Waited 10 minutes. Looked around the building. Called out. Finally arrived. Couldn’t find the key. Took other calls while waiting on me. Had to collect the key from someone else. Vehicle wasn’t cleaned off. Had to use my own car brush. Horrible horrible service. Never had issues in the past.

Problem was, the location for return of the trailer did not exist, called UHaul, they tried to call them, no answer, they gave me another location and this one was a very tight lot, not easy to park trailer. Some of your dealers, should not be dealers. Last time I rented trailer, the dealer gave it to someone else when I had it booked, so UHaul found me another location half an hour out and caused me to be late for the delivery appointment. Going to buy my own trailer now.

Your online registration is TERRIBLE!! This was not where a wanted to pickup my trailer. I got bounced around to so many location that where no where close to where i was. Your rep on the telephone was useless and had no idea about anything. Poor poor poor customer service !!

The gentlemen at Uhaul Hwy 11 North Bay, Ontario are very helpful and so pleasant to deal with. They all went above and beyond to help us out making our move easier. The wiring connecting the car hauler stopped working a quarter way into our trip causing issues with our move.

I received a phone call stating the truck i rented wasn't going to be available as it needed to get work done on it. When I showed up in the morning to pick up the guy told me I was able to use it. The whole ride, it drove like crap. Didn't feel very safe. Constantly kept pulling me around on the highway. The steering was not right. I was then called and asked to drop it off at some other place

Cab was dirty. Had food on the floor and sticky juice or something like it on dashboard. I was very happy with the service and young man whobhelped me.

I only rate the location as average, as I dont have any other history in dealing with Uhaul, and cannot compare. But the service level was acceptable and good experience. No issues with pkup and drop off. Friendly service.

The truck was clean. The person providing the service was very knowledgeable, polite and accommodating. The steering was very loose, and required both hands at all times. ? maybe a front end alignment is required? And the engine would often wait to shift gears at over 4000 rpm, sometimes as high as 4500.

The representative never got out of his chair or left his office. He told me to drop the trailer in the yard and never offered to help unhook it. He asked me if everything was alright with the trailer and if it was clean which it was however he wouldn't have known bcause he never left the office.

I went through two different trailers. All trailers had broken or nonworking lights, wires hanging off of the underside of the trailer and the trailer ended up taking had an expired inspection. So I’d recommend the location, but the equipment needs to be improved dramatically as a professional truck driver I found it very irritating to be hauling this piece of equipment behind me, but I had to move my son so I had no choice.

First of all booked at location close to home day of pick up the changed to another location 25 minutes further then the emloyee was 15 minutes late opening ip. Trailer jack was difficult the ratchets both of them were worn out could hardly tighten loafthen the ratchets would not release took almost half an hour to unbuckle ratchets. Over all terrible service and equipment. Will not recommend to anyone David Lewis

The gentleman (employee) was very helpful and nice. The U-Haul truck was pretty much brand new, it was awesome I only needed the truck for 2 hours, just wish there was a cheaper price for that. Other than that it was an excellent experience .

Arrived after hours and the next day was charged $14 fuel charge, despite adding recommended volume of unleaded fuel to the tank to achieve half. Very disappointed. I will not be recommending uHaul and find your prices inaccessible: $2700 for a three day rental to drive 500km within Ontario.

To me the initial young man I dealth with was very good to speak to and setup my storage unit. However it was no heat, no lighting had to purchase thong onsite, that were high in price. Merry Christmas! I'm sorry but I moved all belongings out on the 9th of Dec. As it was my first time to rent a storage unit I thought you guys would have seen me there with a 20' truck that day. Anyhow thank you but I'm not impressed! Alot of my stuff was full of MOUSE POOP, CHEWED AND MOLDY. So you should reimburse me at least one months charge in my eyes. You sent me IOU letters, I rented April 9th 2024 left your facility Dec. 9th 2024, I was NOT 5 days passed due. For the RECORD!

Had storage long term. Kept increasing the storage fee. Unit was wet, and full of mice. Had to keep cleaning dead mice and their droppings. I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone. I lost a lot of items because of rain and mice damage. I know this will not show on reviews.

The area around the units was always plowed out in the winter and accessible. Some issues with the ice buildup under the door making it difficult to open, but the staff would clean and salt when I asked, so the door could be opened. No issues with the unit itself, was clean and dry.

Mice chewed and pooped through much of our stuff. When I moved out I left a message asking them to call if any concerns but never heard till over a month later. Refund was given but there is a strange 80 something charge on my receipt?

The deposit fee is ridiculous, since I'm paying for the storage up front, the amount should be clarified on the website. I'm currently homeless with my household belongings in a truck ATM and barely came up with the 85$ that the storage was listed as on the website. There is no other U-Haul in North Bay, is there any way I can waive the deposit fee until the next month?

I had nothing but good experiences storing my things at the North Bay Sto and Go. The staff were always available, pleasant and helpful. And I had no issues with the quality of the storage units. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.
