The U-Haul agents at the drop off location were polite and accommodating. I believe that with each interaction whether it be a drop off or a pick up, that the agents should be more interactive with the clients. this would ensure that any questions that should or need to be asked get addressed and more over that the client/s are comfortable and satisfied that they will have had a good experience through the services of a company that actually invests in their client's. Handover checklists feedback can also be used to capture key performance indicators.
