Fast and friendly service
Germain P.I reserved a trailer on line for 8:30 AM on a Monday, and received a confirmation except to pick it up at a different location. That was not a problem; however the pick up spot did not open until 9:00AM. Next time maybe just make sure the renter knows the real pick up time. Thanks Francine
Francine V.The man working there was super nice, however ....we picked that location and then it was changed and we were not aware of it. I called and the lady said there was a fee and said she put me through to someone whom hungup on me. And being charged for an extra day because we were a couple hours late is unexceptable, especially when moving from one city to another. We got lost a few times and uhaul does not seem to care.
