The Sideview mirrors on a big truck like that are so important and having one in Luce and moving constantly me driving the truck very difficultKRISTINM F.

Not charging 20 dollar after hour fee when it's 4:50pm when I drop the truck off. Not my fault the guy was lazy and didn't do the return till the next morningJonathan S.
The truck was not cleaned from the prior use and had a foul smelling odor. It was apparent there was some type of dog in the cab because there was dog hair all over the console. I would think that especially during a pandemic that extra precautions would be taken to assure proper cleaning and sanitizing of your vehicles after each use would be standard protocol. Deeply disappointed in this experience with U-haul. I also reserved a truck a week and a half I'm advance from the Farmingdale, NY location only to be told the day before that I had to go to the Bellemore location which was entirely out of the way. Next time you should probably make more of an effort to sure proper cleaning of your rentals. Also, when we called customer service to complain, they called this pick up location and the rep completely lied about doing a walk through and having me sign off on the cleanliness of the vehicle. No one asked for me signature and I was given the keys inside and sent on my way. Would not recommend using this location!FABIOS M.

System was down due to storm originally asked to go through app. It did not work and you could not get through to a person. Over 20 minutes later and no progress Joe stepped in and called area manager who was able to complete process over phone. It was frustrating and if not for Joe would not have been possible. The online check in process left a lot to be desired. 15 minuets to get my approval and 10 minuets before anyone answered me in the chat. The truck itself was a little dirty, in the cab as well as the back. I was satisfied with the location. The people who worked there were attentive and helpful. Our rental was screwed up from the moment that it was transferred from the location we requested to this location and then again to a third location that we were never notified of. The transaction never processed correctly in your system so this location wasn't expecting us. Also this location doesn't do off hours pickups so it would never have worked. Since they weren't expecting us the equipment wasn't cleaned and the dolly and moving blankets weren't available. The owner did his best to get the system corrected and get us on our way but he only had 6 moving blankets and they appeared to be discards that should never have gone out.David R.

This is the second time Uhaul has changed my reservation to a different location adding mileage to my rental snd then when i get there... NO TRUCK. The guy did a work around for me and i got my job done. But come on UHaul....James P.

Location customer service was non existent, they couldn't even give me a best rate price quote, instead he referred me to the 1800-GO-U-HAUL. The phone Rep. was pleasant and able to make the reservation for the best price. Upon pickup the location rep told me the reservation was not complete that I needed to go to Uhaul.com to submit copies of my license (no one ever asked/ told me that prior to pick up) after several attempts from my cell phone the location Rep. reluctantly did it manually on his computer. There was no printed receipt or proof of rental/info provided. Upon return the same non existent customer service was experienced. And again, receipt was emailed - no hard copy received. If it weren't for the proximity of this location I would not recommend or use them again. The rental van was clean upon pickup and ran/handled extremely well with no issues.steve M.
It took approximately an hour to pick up a confirmed reserved rental at this location. The desk representative was rude and watching the Yankee game was clearly his priority. I had to call Uhaul customer service directly to rectify what was explained as a *computer glitch* despite having a confirmed reservation. It took three phone call and, was finally rectified by Uhaul Rep Lauren. Thank you to Lauren.Gregory T.
