When we arrived the man was very, very rude. He never tried to call me and I never got a call from a representative the day before telling me or confirming my pick up. Once we arrived he aggressively told me to "HURRY UP" because we were 5 minutes late for our 5:45 pick up and he told me he was closing at 5:30. No where on the website when I booked did it say "please be sure to arrive before..." - nothing. Then, when we opened the truck it was FILLED with wood and dust and nails. The guy quickly swept it but I had to sweep it again to get it out because it was so filthy. Then, we turned out truck in WELL before 24 hours was up and we were charged an extra day and an extra day of insurance. I am currently waiting online to talk to customer service because they never responded via email. Really disappointed with UHAUL and will never recommend this location to anyone.DANIELJOSEPH M.

Not the locations fault, but when I ordered on uhaul I declined the extra insurance and was charged for it. We picked up the truck with 1/4 of the tank filled and the contract said that we had to return it with 3/4 full. We only drive about 7 miles total and had to put in $50 of gas. Since it wasn't an actual uhaul location they said couldn't do anything about it.SEANT G.

The Sideview mirrors on a big truck like that are so important and having one in Luce and moving constantly me driving the truck very difficultKRISTINM F.

Not charging 20 dollar after hour fee when it's 4:50pm when I drop the truck off. Not my fault the guy was lazy and didn't do the return till the next morningJonathan S.
The truck was not cleaned from the prior use and had a foul smelling odor. It was apparent there was some type of dog in the cab because there was dog hair all over the console. I would think that especially during a pandemic that extra precautions would be taken to assure proper cleaning and sanitizing of your vehicles after each use would be standard protocol. Deeply disappointed in this experience with U-haul. I also reserved a truck a week and a half I'm advance from the Farmingdale, NY location only to be told the day before that I had to go to the Bellemore location which was entirely out of the way. Next time you should probably make more of an effort to sure proper cleaning of your rentals. Also, when we called customer service to complain, they called this pick up location and the rep completely lied about doing a walk through and having me sign off on the cleanliness of the vehicle. No one asked for me signature and I was given the keys inside and sent on my way. Would not recommend using this location!FABIOS M.
