Two individuals at the counter were very non-welcoming. Rent trucks FULL of gas!! This idea of sending them out with 7/16 of a tank is a game you are playing!! You are hoping your customer will bring it back with more. They generally do. Cheap trick to take more money from your paying customers.
TODD RParking wasn’t available and i had to walk 1 block away. The lady was also not friendly. She complained about me leaving the van at the Lake blvd parking, which is an available option to leave the van as they mentioned during pick up. She wasn’t happy and had asked me to move the vehicle for her. They made me walk over from my parking spot, but not willing to walk over to grab their own vehicle. The van is also not clean
Teuku RIt would have been easier to top off the gas tank if it was full before the move. But I couldn't tell how many gallons were used during rental.

Kylie SDisappointing to have booked well ahead of time and be told the dolly I reserved wasn't available. I get that it's a busy time for moves, but that's a piece that makes a huge difference. In the absence of a dolly, letting someone know so they can make alternative arrangements would be appreciated.
Don PDrop off was easy and quick, just as I expect. It's not super obvious which driveway to use -- it's a storage facility with a locked gate just beyond the very small parking area. I just had a 10 foot truck so it's fine. Not sure what I'm supposed to do if I had anything much larger? There's no street parking in front of this location.

Urmil JTruck was parked slightly sloped. After driving out of the driveway and onto flat surface, the gas level was slightly less than what was recorded. Not a big complaint, though gas prices are super high now, it was just 1-2 gallons off.
Robert TI was greeted immediately and he took care of checking it back in. So that was really nice. Again the issue is with the instructions. I was verbally given that I could check it in at the place. They recommended or any U-Haul place that was close. But that wasn’t the case. Again the online process was terrible.

John PThe truck should have battery checked, as it sounds like it’s going to die here soon. The truck itself was clean and customer service was excellent.
Camera PI needed a truck for a couple of hours. I expected the be done by noon, but the project was a bit more complicated than I expected, and I got it back at about 1:00 pm. The manager said she charged me an extra $1.44 for being late. I paid the daily rental for the truck, used it for 4 hours, and was charged another daily rate because I used it for 4 hours, not 3? No, I don't think so. I will place this charge in dispute as soon as it posts. Just to summarize: You advertise a truck rental rate of $19.95 a day. You charge me an extra $19.44 because I used it for 4 hours. I can't wait to talk to your business office.

MICHAEL LThey advise you to park in a super tiny parking area knowing it’s difficult to park because they are too lazy to walk to the overflow parking 300 yards away.

Patrick CI returned the truck at 4:30pm, office is open door is open the lady said she is closing the door, either I keep the truck to next day or return via the apps. When I picked up the truck they said gas is full tank, but it was not, I drove 20 miles only but paid more than 25 bucks to fill the gas to full. Not recommended.
Tien DWhen I returned the truck, the staff member I felt was rude. I asked if I could throw a coffee cup away after cleaning the vehicle. She said they didn’t have a garbage can. I could clearing see three large trash bin on the other side of the gate. She was rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend using this U-Haul rental office

MARGARETROSE BThe 10’ truck I rented was very old. It seemed to be well maintained but DEFINITELY needs some muffler work. It sounded like an open header race car!
David DI have been renting moving trucks from this location several times and the staff that works there now are the best that this location has ever had. The truck itself was.a bit dirty inside the cab, so not giving 5 stars for that reason. Overall very satisfied with the rental experience - check out was straight forward and they were really quick checking in the truck upon return.

EDWARD AThe equipment had 125,000 miles on it and felt like it could have broken down at any time. It was given to me with only 1/4 of a tank of gas in it which meant I had to immediately put fuel in it to ensure that I didn’t run out. It also insured Uhaul that I put More in it that I needed. It had close to a half tank when I returned it. I use Uhaul a lot and this was probably the worst experience that I’ve had. It was sub par by Uhaul standards.

John MSunday afternoon pickup, I was told I had to drop off the U-Haul next day by the same time I picked up or I would be charged an extra $40. This created an immense amount of stress and rushed my moving process, come to find out at the drop off location this was not the case. This U-Haul employee needs to be retrained and retold the proper rules of drop off and pickup. Absolutely unacceptable.
