Parking wasn’t available and i had to walk 1 block away. The lady was also not friendly. She complained about me leaving the van at the Lake blvd parking, which is an available option to leave the van as they mentioned during pick up. She wasn’t happy and had asked me to move the vehicle for her. They made me walk over from my parking spot, but not willing to walk over to grab their own vehicle. The van is also not clean

It would have been easier to top off the gas tank if it was full before the move. But I couldn't tell how many gallons were used during rental.

Kylie SDisappointing to have booked well ahead of time and be told the dolly I reserved wasn't available. I get that it's a busy time for moves, but that's a piece that makes a huge difference. In the absence of a dolly, letting someone know so they can make alternative arrangements would be appreciated.
