Train U-Haul depot at Stoney Point on customer service waited one hour to complete paperwork. I booked the trailer through the app., paid for the trailer by visa prior to picking up the trailer, 2 days before picking up the trailer. No representative @ Stoney Point hocked up the trailer or inspected the trailer before we used the trailer. After waiting an hour I called U-Haul and a customer service was able to check my in and out within minutes. I did not receive a call from Uhual the day before checking out the trailer as was stated in the reservation instructions. Would not recommend Stoney Point. They had one staff in store attending to their own customers. They should not be a U-Haul depot they are not staffed.
