JOHN PI was told someone would call me the day before I was scheduled to pick up to discuss locations and times, but no one called me. I was simply assigned a time and location to pick up. I went to pick up the truck and the building was closed. I wasn't informed of this ahead of time. I tried to rent the truck through the app, but it wasn't functioning properly. I had to call UHaul and talk to two different people to get the app working. The check out process was excessively lengthy. I had to give two references to rent the truck. Why wasn't I informed of this earlier? I could have set up these references days ahead of time. I didn't have the opportunity to give the references a heads up that they would be receiving a call. Once I got approval, the lock location wasn't clear and the lock was barely functioning. It took me about an hour total to pick up this truck.

JENNIFER Munrelated to the location was the fact it took me 45 minutes to get the key. i did not realize i needed a PASSPORT to rent a truck. i dont with Penske or Budget. When i reviewed the confirmation email, it said this - AFTER I SCROLLED DOWN FOUR SCREENS. it is not realistic to think the average person will do this. The Chat Person I got (Raven) took 35 minutes to grant me clearance. i got her 2 phone contacts within 2 minutes. they were both contracted quickly. and i waited. and i waited. and i waited. and then i drop off the truck and it takes me 15+ minutes to complete your drop off. pictures, pictures, boxes, boxes, pictures. i go to Penske at Home Depot and am in the truck in 10 minutes or less. drop a key in a box. i will use them from now on, even though less convenient.

JAMES HUsing the application to check out and check in was problematic. The next step button was too small for my fingers to register the click my daughter was with me and she was able to click the button. When checking the truck back in the app crashed and I did not get to upload any post rental pictures beyond one or two.
Travis LI was charged for gas, even though my fuel gauge was exactly where it was when I picked up. I took pictures just incase, and was still told I had to pay for it. Becky is a Karen for sure!

Jeffrey CAll the box trucks should have ramps. There also wasn’t enough equipment for moving. I requested an appliance dolly and there wasn’t any. The representative offered a utility dolly, which wasn’t big enough
Ebony JThe truck I was given was extremely dirty and had a weird odor. The cup holders and seats were sticky and the floors were very dirty, as well as the box had not been cleaned from previous use.
