No issues with staff or anyone in the building. My issue is with U-Haul itself. The absolute most ridiculous drop off procedure I have ever seen. Too many steps, and not clear enough as far as what you are being charged, or how much your being charged. You have to take pictures of every corner of the U-Haul as well as where it’s parked. You can’t log in via phone number only email. I will get my rental vehicles anywhere but U-Haul from now on. Although the staff here is wonderful

dropped off when closed and went well. only issue was web page when trying to return wasn't very easy to use. facility was nice and had a location to park by front door. received receipt promptly on next day location was open.
