Way to complicated process with pictures and uploads and all of this nonsense. And the worst was no help from the dealer in this locations. He told me that he can’t help because he is busy watching his store and gas station . It was terrible experience.

CALVIN KMy information was not in the system immediately despite the fact that U-Haul told me to drop it off there. The clerk was more interested in his customers than me and I spent a half hour more than I should have. He was a nice guy, but his priorities were elsewhere. It took me way too long to get out.
