I put in the U-Haul self checkout, that mean I can get the key from the U-Haul box. They are not using the U-Haul box, so I need to pick up the key from the inside. But they are looking the key 15 minutes after they find the key. And I have the reservation for the utility dolly. They have not the utility dolly also. And he let me wait and he take care of the other customers because that's a gas station. I'm never go on there and I'm never suggest anyone to go on that location. Go different location. Either they are killing your time.

Beth Sit was confusing to be located at this tiny gas station. Did not feel as professional. The checkout process was lengthy in the app.
