I received a call by U-Haul rep to transfer to this location to help give them business.The rep advised if I switched I would receive 50% off the cost and I was billed way more than my original reservation and did not receive 50% off. It was more of a hassle, I was there a hour and a half because the system wouldn’t work . We were given the wrong truck rental and I caught the mistake and had to pull back into lot and get the correct truck. I want the 50 % off that I was promised for switching my location as promised!
