The lock was difficult to open. There was trash (including a prerolled joint container) in the cab. The trucks should be back in for after hours pickup versus having to somewhat blindly back into the road. Seriously, pulling them in forward is dangerous for the customer!

LINC BWhen hooking the trailer up the person working there did not latch the trailer. I found out after I went over some rail road tracks and it popped off the hitch. I was able to get it put back on with no damage but the turn buckle for the latch needs replaced it lubed. It is very rusty and hard to turn.

SEAN CIn this location from which I rented the car, I think in Richmond there is a very friendly girl who has high experience in work and dealing with the public, although my first experience with U Haul, which is located in Missouri City, Texas, I think on Murphy Road, was a bad experience. Most of the workers there were nervous and did not provide satisfactory service.

ALBERT OThey were 45 minutes late to give me the key. They didn’t give me all equipment that I ordered. I had to go back and get it. The tires of the utility cart were flat. My movers waited because I was late and I had to pay them extra. They couldn’t do their job efficiently due to the flat tires. Terrible experience.

KRISTINE JThere was one man working he doesn’t know how to handle. He made mistake give me 15 truck. I appointment 10. He was stress and can’t handle because there was 3 customers over there. He said wait he have to talk with other customers after you. I told him no my appointment early you have to finish my job first . He made one hour waste my time after give me 10 feet truck. Truck inside wasn’t clean and can’t speed more than 70mph.

FRANCES JIn one word, I would say accountability, I was notified that any problem that I have with UHaul was not the rental companies responsibility because they had nothing to do with it. I’ve never heard of such a thing in my life I will never rent from UHaul again and if you look at my records, I have rented from y’all several times I can’t believe what this particular individual did and I’m looking forward to speaking to a supervisor as soon as possible. I’ve already called in with a Complaint. Not that it matters but just for your information I’m a disabled veteran compensated at 100%, I can’t daily deal with stress and anxiety and this is exactly what this is caused me almost a panic attack.

CHRISTIAN AUse Stor It 4 Less when you want less stress and hassles during a move. The online process is incredibly smooth and efficient and walking into the office the man behind the desk was quick, knowledgeable and very helpful. We rented the truck for a 1 day in town move and were delighted that the unit was clean and everything operable. The only way to tell the truck had 200,000miles on it was to look down on the dash. I’m extremely happy with the entire online process to pick up and returning back to the storage lot. The UHaul system sent me reciepts and copies and informative updates. GREAT JOB and Thank You for providing Excellent customer service and equipment!

THOMAS MYou can fix your damn website. I reserved a trailer for a location that was close to my house. Next day I get an alert saying it wasn't available. Why was I able to choose a location where a trailer was available? All of that extra driving cost me a half day. Totally sucks!
BRIAN SNever did I agree to only driving U-Haul 46 miles a day. I picked up in Rosenberg, drove to Richmond to get items, Drove to Pearland to unload Wanted to drop It off in pearland but app said I had to drive to a place in south Houston. Not what I wanted to do but I did. The 31 miles is from me driving it to south Houston instead of pearland where I requested U-Haul to be dropped off. Freaking scam artist

ROBERTO HI set a pick up time on the app it was changed to a later time without my approval. Then when I showed up at the time it was changed to the app processs said I had to go inside to get the keys but the office was closed with a sign on the door out to lunch. Waited 45 minutes for person to come back to find out that they were there in the office the whole time with the door locked for their lunch time. I lost time in my moving process from having to go at a later time to pick up the truck then what I had set that worked with my schedule and then to wait & lose more time that I didn’t have. Ended up costing me more money as I had to extend the move out from my apt to the next day due to all this mess.
