EDWARD FI love Ashley. She is the best. I’ve been to actual U-Haul locations and they never have my U-Haul or they have a nasty attitude.. but when I come to this location, Ashley, happy resourceful, positive attitude. She takes really good care of me.

Marie RI made the reservationfor a 10' truck weeks ahead. Had a confirmation number. But when I arrived, there was no truck available. I had to drive to acompletely different location and they found a 26' truck. Your reservation system is misleading and broken. Super dissapointed. Was poor service.

HENRY LThis location far exceeded the pickup location in terms of expectations. This dealer apologized for the poor experience I had with the pickup location, and I was told that individuals like that shouldn't even represent the uhaul company. The dealer here made sure I received my promised free miles, which I greatly appreciate.
JAMES CThey gave me a raggedy U-Haul put almost all my stuff in the U-Haul and get in there to leave and the U-Haul wouldn’t even start them they sent somebody to look at it it took them 1 hour and about 30 minutes to get there and they couldn’t fix it so they sent a tow truck to tow me to my destination I had to unload the truck then another tow truck came and got that U-Haul and I wasn’t even finish moving had to get up and go get another U-Haul the next day and they still charge me $64.00 for that bad experience I didn’t unload didn’t get done unloading the U-Haul until after 12 midnight so yes I’m piss

Margaret MIt would have been courteous to inform your renters that the office was closing early. I spent an hour trying to figure out how to get my rental. It was frustrating and those seems to be a recurring thing for all u-haul locations in this area.

CHARLES HU-Haul is the problem, not the location, but it doesn’t give you the opportunity to tick that box. The location which was a U-Haul agent were fantastic. Twice now U-Haul have overridden our booking and made us go to a different location for pick up and drop off. At .99 cents a mile that cost us an extra $40 and was way more inconvenient. This has happened not once but twice now. NEVER USING U-Haul AGAIN.

Kept her smile, and helped everyone in a timely manner. If I were to rent from this location again, I wouldn't want anyone but her to take care of me.
