The truck was old and once I got started it was having trouble starting but I got it running bt could've been a real inconvenience. Otherwise it was fine
chris bMy order confirmation stated the location for Capitol Circle but they didn’t have 1-way rentals. So, I had to go to this location. Truck was filthy, I have pictures. Windshield wiper was inoperable. I was told to take one off another truck and replace mine. I have pictures.
Edwin EI used the online reservation system & downloaded the uhaul app to arrange picking up the rental prior to business hours. However the key was not left available perched instructions. I spoke to multiple service reps and was told the key was not available. I had to wait an hour past my reservation time before picking up the truck. This is the 2nd time I have used this location to reserve a truck and neither time went as expected.
Sabrina OClean inside driving area of vehicle before giving to customer. I had to clean and sanitize driving area to feel comfortable inside.
