I found nothing that would need any improvement. I had a great experience despite a timing setback on my rental that turned one day into 3. There were no issues in the extension of the rental and the staff were so understanding and courteous. I specialize in customer service and I evaluate companies on their approach to customer service and how they operate in this area. I very seldom can evaluate a business and come away with a perfect experience, but this time I did. If only I were officially evaluating. This location is spot on with customer service and at the top of their game. I must say that the main business being a storage center and renting uhaul vehicles and products that they mesh together seamlessly to the point that I felt like I was at an exclusive uhaul center. I was sent to this location from a â€œschedulerâ€ that I spoke with over the phone at Uhaul after having a HORRIBLE experience (that cost me an hour of time that affected my business) with the originally scheduled place for pickup. My only â€œconcernâ€ is that the lady at the Mulberry location knew nothing of that situation nor the promised $50 rebate for my troubles.john B.

The owner, Scott House, was rude and inflexible. Acted like he was doing me a favor by taking my business, then the cherry on top... U-Haul corporate double-billed me $297.64 a WEEK before Christmas Eve. Buyer beware but this is theft and is FAR from over.RAYMOND R.

The cargo area had dirt in it, had a terrible odor and was infested with German roaches. I had to clean the cargo area with bleach solution in order to feel safe to transport my household belongings just a short distance of 15 miles. The cab area was clean and was acceptable but was very disappointed with the condition of the cargo area.Rick S.

Guy was friendly but very short. Kiask was out of order for self drop off, and he was quick to mention that he closed 9 mins prior to my arrival. I was happy to drop it off without his assistance, but this was not an option.Kurt H.
Back had pieces of plants and dirt from the plants. Had to sweep out the truck before using. Also my confirmation email had me picking up the truck in one place and the online check-in had me picking it up in another location. Thankfully not to far.Joshua D.
We were told to return the truck by 5:00 PM which is on our contract. However, when we arrived the office was closed. After visiting the office the next day and speaking to a representative, we were told that was incorrect information because they close at 4:30 PM. We also presented a picture showing we refilled the gas to where it was when it was received. The representative said he could not prove the picture was valid and insisted the gas was a little under where it was received. We were charged two fuel fees and an after hour fee. He also advised that this location is only a kiosk so we should contact uhaul with any concerns and refund questions.Clarise J.
It would have been an easier transaction if U-Haul's check-in site had been working correctly. Also, having to look for the truck assigned to me was more than tiresome. I first had to locate where on the truck the number was located; then had to check about 6 trucks before I found mine. Perhaps in the future a simple post-it note showing the vehicle's number could be affixed inside to the windshield.KEVIN O.

Don't look at a person by color skin Truck was filthy in side windows clean in a year dash was black dirt l clean truck with odor ban. The Truck did not have a full tank . but l filled the tank to go Kissimmee Florida .we got a text on Monday from a representative of u haul saying by the way you never took advantage of your free storage unit for 1month. We did not even know about the free unit until Monday. By then it was to late.we already had a unit.Frank M.

There was an issue with the vehicle, heavy vibration at any speed, possibly needing new ball joints. Definitely needs resolved before renting this particular vehicle to another customer. This does not deter from the great service received at this location. The people were friendly and helpful.HECTOR M.

Not keep us waiting. We waited 11 min for admin to get off the phone on a personal call. I expected to pick up to be quick since I registered on line. But it was not. First visit to rent And make a reservation of the Equipment the employees were very nasty talking down to people. No customer service interaction. Bossing people around. No greetings coming in stating â€œwhat do you wantâ€ instead of how can We help you. When I ask questions they gat mad with the impression like don't bother me. The lady was speaking on the phone very loud and the male employee told me to shut up until she was finishing yelling on the phone. PLEASE provide customer service training ASAP. Retire military and now working with the federal government I know that training can solve your situation. Please act fast so not other customers receive this bad customer service treatment and the harassment stops. Thank you.Manuel M.

The man behind the desk was inattentive and condescending when he chose to speak. It was as if we were a bother by asking questions about the cost and for rental and the fees that accompanied it. He never told us what we're we being chargedâ€”we had to wait until after he ran our card and gave us the receipt.
