I had no problems with this facility. However, it seemed that there were more men there using the facility as a place of work. Also looking like they were moving stolen stuff. That I did not like. they never bother me. Also the rent kept raising which I understand that once you are there they know you don't want to move your stuff. However, I asked for a larger unit 5x10 and it was $140, I found a brand new one for $63 plus they have a dolly. No one working out of a unitCHYRELL B. | Overall Experience

Bonnie is a angle sent from above!!! She went above and beyond to help me out. Me being a dumb ass I left my car keys on the bumper of the rental truck.Drove off and fotunetly they were not far from my garage. She took the time to drive me to find them. Upon arrival the staff was very friendly and polite. They went over everything with me in great detail. I was highly impressed with the initial interaction. However, when I returned the the truck my interaction with the staff was highly unpleasant to say the least. The gentleman was very aggressive in manner. Granted, I was 20 mins late with returning the vehicle due to traffic which I apologized for but he didn't even acknowledge me when I spoke to him. He was very rude. I will not be returning to this location and do not recommend this location for business.Jason H.

U-Haul is always my go to. The only issue I had this time is with the gas. The pick up was so fast...I mean literally 5-6 minutes. I signed and was out. I honestly did not pay attention to the gas that was mentioned on paper. When I got in the truck it said 1/4 tank. Drove from Arlington to Watauga and did not put gas. When I turned the truck on(at my home) after the 45 minute the gauge said full. I knew that was wrong because when I pulled off of the property(U-Haul Arlington) it had only 1/4 tank. From my home to the gas station it was going down slowly but I never knew exactly how much was in the tank. I put $15 and then the drop off location was less than a mile away. When I got home and looked at the paper work I signed off on 3/16 of a tank. I really don't think it had that much and maybe the previous renter did not mention it. When I dropped off the U-Haul the gauge says it's almost full but I don't know if that true due to it only saying I had a 1/4 of a tank when I turned it on. I am being as honest as I can because it's not fair to the next renter that thinks it has almost a full tank and it might not and they get stuck on the side of the road. I also do not think that it's fair that I am being charged a fee for being honest. The picture I took during drop off says it's almost full but I know I only put $14 or $15 in the tank. I really do hope this issue gets resolved and I don't have to pay more than what I am responsible for. I've always used the rental service and want to continue.jessica M.

The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced at this location. I was on the phone getting info I needed regarding the rental and was told by the lady to â€œget off the phone or she would not help me.â€ Told her that I was speaking business concerning the rental, to give me just a moment please and was told â€œget off or get outside.â€ Then she threatened to call the police. I told her to go ahead and call since that appears to be the trend lately with African-Americans and the cameras running simply show me at a place of business attempting to conduct business. Nothing else. I am disgusted by this treatment and will never use U-Haul again.Melaine R.

I had a safety concern! I called the very next day to say the truck was leaking a lot of oil. My car that was trailing the Uhaul was filled with oil film, it was a very dangerous and frightening situation. I was supposed to hear back from a manager, that's what I was told I still haven't heard from anyone almost 2 weeks later.halane D.

I don't know why we didn't have the ramp on the truck to load the washer and dryer that was the reason we rented the dolly. They had to lift the appliances to get them on the truck. When I rented the dolly we said it was for appliances so why weren't we told there was no ramp for the truck? We could have gone somewhere else if we had known that.other than that the service was great.dekedria M.

i was told to go to hwy 287 to sublett-sublett to cooper to pick up truck. call your number did not know how to give instruction to collins street. truck had 155,000 to 156,000, was half full- changing location cost me 1hour which i had 5 people waiting, plus two men on my payroll. driving the truck was very ruff.David W.
