I did NOT MOVE MY ITEMS OUT OF THE STORAGE DEPOT IN SELMA ALABAMA....THEY LOCKED ME OUT IF MY STORAGE UNIT AND DID NOT GIVE ME ENOUGH TIME TO Move MY STUFF..... IF MY STUFF IS OUT IF THE STORAGE WITHOUT MY knowledge I will be taking whatever representative for Storage Depot to court for damages and loss for my items that are to my knowledge still in this facility Storage Depot in Selma Alabama. I will be telling everyone NOT TO EVER RENT A STORAGE UNIT from STORAGE DEPOT!!!! I am highly annoyed and dissatisfied with the service that the staff at Storage Depot gave or rather the service that they did not give .... I will be pursuing this matter in court .....

Very disappointed and saddened that we could not trust this facility with our belongings. After a year of being in this storage facility and about to move belongings back into our remodeled home, we were met with moldy and water damaged items. Many of our wooden furniture items were covered in mold and/or water damage. Any upholstered furniture and mattresses had to be thrown away due to mold. What was supposed to be a joyous day for us turned into days of dumping and trying to salvage/clean items that could be saved. We had to get everything out way before we intended and move it all to a new storage facility across town. Very disappointed. We spoke with the office workers, the call number, and the owner of the facility hoping improvements can be made so no one else has to go through this experience. There was no offer for any type of reimbursement other than insurance which has yet to return our call.

Willy L | ReservationThe overall experience was a disaster....No one was there to give me a code to get in my drive up unit and when I called the lady, she was very rude and as I was speaking she hung up in my face...I would not recommend this place at all
Shuvone N | ReservationThe doors at this place got stuck constantly. Both the front and the side door. Once We waited over 10 mins for the door to close. We didn’t want to leave with the door open for intruders. I booked 2 units and both was on auto pay someone there didn’t do there job. Instead only 1 was actually on auto pay. When I called them about it, because I received a letter in the mail and I was locked out my unit, no accountability was held. I would not recommend this place. The young lady that works there did help me get my money back after I moved out and they charged my card anyway.

Office is unfriendly and management denies the inside was 91 degrees. Doors are not working properly. I arrived the following day to move out and saw a door was left open and the temperature was still at 91 degrees. have asked for one month’s refund and still waiting. This facility needs to close. 😔
