andrea wI didn’t like all the excessive text messages and phone calls saying I’m overdue to return uhaul asap when I only rented it for 3 hours and returned it the same day and 2 days later yr blowing up my phone saying to return yr rental when it was parked outside where I got it from and keys was in the drop box so next time check your equipment in before you start harrassing your customers thank you

KENNETH CInitial scheduled facility wouldnt take the truck bc they were only allowed 2 trucks onsite at a time. Go figure. So i had to reschedule a different dropoff farther away. Used a little gas and believe they charged me for the +/-gallon i used to get to the next location. SMH

BEATRIZ PVan was filthy. Sticky steering wheel, cupholders & surfaces. Visible dirt/mud on floorboards & cargo floor liner. Used soda bottles & food wrappers. Driver seat back adjuster broken off. Had to sit upright for 3 days. Van reeked! No time to return or swap. Office open but Rental agent MIA. Called 911 fearing foul play. Agent finally surfaced making me 30 mins late to my destination.

Larry TMake sure all trucks are up to date on maintenance! We drove around on brakes that weren’t and had to hear the warning light all day!
SAVIONE MMake sure the numbers are on the truck. One truck without numbers and it ended up being the one that was reserved for me. It took a little longer to find because it was not able to be identified quickly.

JAMES RYou open at 9:30 no 9:00. You need to clarify your hours with Customer Service. I was scheduled to pick up th U-Haul at 9:00. Took Uber from my house to your office & you were closed. Had to wait outside in the cold until you arrived at 9:30.. When I alerted clerk about this she said “Customer Svc must have gotten it wrong”. Storage Depot needs to correct this!

NASHITAH SProvide better maintenance on equipment (trucks/vans). 2 of the 3 rentals Ive done at location (52050} have been less than satisfactory. On 2 occasions the truck had to be jumped started before i could even leave the parking lot. We were successful 1 of the 2 times. Today the contract had erroneous info (mileage and gas level) and on all 3 times the trucks were very dirty inside. Todays truck was filthy. There was something sticky spilled on the console and floor and there was all kinds of debries on the floor in the friver's cabin and the drivers seat was covered with dog hair. I spoke with rhe rep when i went in to correct the contract and told her of the condition of the vehicle. I jokingly told her "well at least it started". She blamed the state of the vehicles on the customers. The engine light stayed on the whole time i drove it and it felt like the truck was having some transmission problems. I returned to truck on the gas mark that is on my contract, i even took a pic, and they still charged me $5.40 for 1 gallon. I dont think i will rent from this location again.
Estelle HI took the trailer and dropped it off on Monday 8/16/2021. The girl working did not give me receipt saying it was going to be e-mailed to me. Never got it. On Wednesday 8/18/2021, I got an e-mail form U-Haul saying they were charging my credit card $89.88 for 3 extra days! I am still trying to get my refund. HELP PLEASE!!!!!!
MARK MThis was the worst experience I have ever had with Uhaul. The lady I worked with at the pick up was the most incompetent's individual I have ever dealt with. Would never come back to this store.
TAYLOR VThere were ants in the truck. The agent sprayed it but I had no choice to use it because there were no other trucks available. Once I drove the truck there were MULTIPLE issues: was bitten by ants, the oil/ service light came on, the alignment was horribly off so I had to oversteer to the left to go straight and the brakes needed replacing. This was the absolute WORST experience I've ever had with U-Haul. To make matters worse, I called to speak to customer service because I didn't feel safe driving. NO one returned my call AND I was charged the full fee for an unsafe vehicle. I will probably go with another company next time I need moving services unless this is corrected.
Valerie WI reserved the truck at another location. A representative contacted me two days prior to pickup and advised there was not a truck available at the location I requested. I selected the location since it was close to my home and I could pick it up when the location was open. The representative was rude and unconcerned about the inconvenience it created for me. No customer service skills. When I arrived in Douglasville to pick up the truck via 24/7 on my phone, the app "could not recognize my location" . I followed the directions on the app without success. I called customer service. I waited approximately an hour and no one ever answered my call. I was finally able to gain access via someone else's cell phone. Had I been able to pick up the truck where I originally selected, there would have been a live person there to assist me.
Brenda BWhen I arrived at the location the assistant manager Courtney said the vehicle I reserved was no longer available. So I drove around for a couple hours going to different locations and online trying to find the proper rental for my needs. Only to end up driving back to the same location I first reserved with. The vehicle smelled and wasn’t properly cleaned. Overall it wasn’t a pleasant experience at all.

WILLIAM CTruck was not at the reserved location, so I had to travel further from my new home. Then, the interior and exterior were filthy. Finally, the truck needs alignment badly, shaking at 50 mph plus, all the time I had it.

LANDRY RYou people ran my bank card 3 times back to back 1 week after I payed for the service. You took $197 and it was NOT authorized. I paid $64 for a 4 hour move. WHY are you still charging me? You don't know what someone may be going through. This is theft and fraud at it's finest. I hate you *******.
