Had to change locations as truck not available at first location. Went to pick up truck and I stead of the $39.99 it went to $79.99. Took 40 minutes to pick up the truck as the employee did not know how to set it up and had not rented a truck before. I got on the phone with U-Haul and walked her through it with the service rep on the phone. Did not dispute charges at the time as I was now almost an hour late and the employee did know why rate changed or what to do about it. The person she called would not return her phone call for what she said would be 45 min to an hour. I would not rent from this location again. I would also like my agreed to rate… Olivia was the employee and did her best. She had been employed there for only one week and was not trained on how to rent Uhauls.

Not refund for gas that was 1/4 gas first pick up truck so I put full gas trip til finish drop off u-haul it 1/2 gas should have some money back I not pleasure that not refund where have left gas it lot money to pay gas should have if left gas refund money little

They gave me the wrong drop off location they charge me more mileage and the person said they will give me a refund for the mileage I never used but no everything was a lie
