The location and worker were great. The u haul computer system is crap! Took us almost 45 min to check in and get our truck. The worker had to call a manager in order for us to get our truck. It was just as difficult to check out when we returned the truck. I didn't want insurance yet I couldn't check out a truck without it. We had the truck for under 2 hours!! The price of renting at truck for $19.95 is a LIE!! The added fees and what not are ridiculous! I ended up paying $58 for a truck that is used for not quite 2 hours and drove it 14 miles! The U Haul company is a joke! I pray I never have to use this company again! The service we received from Devin was great! He was just a frustrated at the website as I was. This check in process needs to be better! I don't know if I can honestly recommend U haul to anyone.

JAMES LVery hard to answer the above questions as the site was closed when we dropped off. So I did the on line drop off. Over all very disappointed with uhaul overall. Thought reserving the truck a week ahead would make things easier, didn't happen that way.
LORI KThey took my uhaul before the due date and time and left me stranded in the middle of the night in Flint because their system is messed up.
Angela JOnly issue was I don't think fuel was topped off when I picked up, which cost me a few extra dollars. Everything else went off without a problem.
