Charged an extra day. Dropped off trailer on time, but UHaul website was down. So I got charged an extra day for their incompetence.

JAMES LVery hard to answer the above questions as the site was closed when we dropped off. So I did the on line drop off. Over all very disappointed with uhaul overall. Thought reserving the truck a week ahead would make things easier, didn't happen that way.
LORI KThey took my uhaul before the due date and time and left me stranded in the middle of the night in Flint because their system is messed up.
Angela JOnly issue was I don't think fuel was topped off when I picked up, which cost me a few extra dollars. Everything else went off without a problem.
