I showed up there before my pick up time there was nobody there. I called the number for after hours told them I was there to pick up a U-Haul and then they transferred me to U-haul. Recording said 15 minutes. I hung up. I called the number that was on my contract for U-Haul. U-haul person contacted me sent me my stuff by email and in text message. Trailer was sitting outside and if I would’ve needed help hooking it up there would’ve been nobody there.

It was very difficult to figure out what I needed to do. The phone was not answered locally. I was transferred to a call center, who then transferred me to another call center. The trailer was stored outside of the property, and there was no one available to help me hook it up to my vehicle or return it when I was done. There was trash in the trailer. After talking to reps, I was contacted by the regionl rep, and he was helpful. Overall it was not a smooth/easy experience.

I had booked to pick up my truck at 7:30 AM. There was no one there to get me the keys. I called multiple times and spoke to U-Haul customer service and the solution was to wait for 2 hours for someone to come help me. I then had to call my movers and have them wait on me (which I paid for their time) because I didn’t get the truck when promised. Once someone arrived to assist me, they were kind and helpful. I wish I didn’t have to wait 2 hours for that service.
