The rep who was assisting me was a bit grouchy. If I had to guess it was because I asked why they didn't have the moving blankets I had reserved. She was quite short with me after that. Her printer wasn't working either and so she appeared quite frustrated with that as well and told me I would get an email for the contract. She apparently wanted me gone pretty badly because she gave me the keys and said bye. I had to ask her for my driver's license back and then she just kind of slammed it on the counter.
