The young lady was very nice. The only complaint I have is that I’m a 75 year old man and I’m not near as strong as I once was. I had to connect to the trailer by myself. I barely had enough strength to pick up the tongue to attach it to my hitch. U-Haul needs to have a jack on their trailers to make it easier to hook up to their trailers. Especially if the business doesn’t have someone there to help you.

Would not recommend U haul at all. When trailer was picked up a drop off location was selected. After traveling an entire day the drop off location would not accept the trailer. Had to go to another location to drop trailer. Not real good business
