The truck was prepped and ready for my arrival and Owner came and informed me about everything I needed to know and listened to what I was doing so he could properly advise me. Owner behind the desk was very fast and organized and completed all forms and had the contract and receipt returned to my email more accurately and faster than any business I have every worked with. The weather caused a tremendous obstacle and I need to upgrade my truck order due to weather. By the time I returned to the U-Haul, owner on the technology and forms had everything transferred over by the time I walked through the door to change keys. The time and efficiency they share tasks in this Family business saved me time and money. Definitely worth using this business for all your moving needs. Johanna PI was promised extra mileage for this rental, only a portion was given. It took the agent (he was very polite and tried to be helpful), three tries and there were a several inconsistencies. The free kilometres (160) not being what was promised, these were promised for the couple of hours it took to get me in the truck, on the road. The drop off address was incorrect, I had to call Millet address to have the closest UHaul address added on for drop off.
Celina LVendor went out of his way to help. I did have a truck booked in Wetaskiwin but the truck was not there. Was told to go to Millet location, sure enough they helped me get a truck right away

Robin GWas mortified to see that a car dolly was declared to be valued at 45,000 usd in Canada. This seems like an intimidation strategy to scare people into paying $10 on top of a $47 rental. I literally used the trailer 1 hr. Slso, the website claims this site is open until 5pm. No one was there at 4:30pm
