Don't tell customers that trailer can be dropped off at any u-haul location. I did and was charged for three extra days, even though I returned it a day early.

This was a smooth transaction and the company went out of their way to help us by opening early so we could make our appointment on time. Sara coordinated my reservation, pick up and drop off very well. Her kindness was remarkable. I'll use this u haul location again and will highly recommend their services to others. Top job!!
