The trailer I rented for 1 day was a newer easy-load model. i was so impressed that i made my 8-day-trailer rental for next week with Doug Covington right away. Super and all around 5Star Service!

JOHN KThey allowed me to pick up my Auto Hauler (trailer) with my truck. This was what I wanted and was great, but they didn't cancel/update the other location and they called wondering why I had not picked up.
Todd Gyou are terrible...rented 2x and both times get extra charges when returned. I book a 2 day rental online which is Saturday afternoon pick up, return Monday afternoon same time and charged for an extra day. my contract even states a Monday return and you still charge the extra day. Terrible service and need to argue to get the bill reversed.

MICHAEL HI rented (from what I was told) a newly purchased Cargo Van from Storage Spot U-Haul on March 5, 2025. After driving 3 miles the vehicle stopped running (the engine shut down). Fortunately I was able to maneuver the vehicle to the right side of the roadway. I called the U-Haul office and was given a phone number to call to have the vehicle towed. Frustrated and upset , after 5 minutes I was able to get the vehicle started. As I was driving back to the U-Haul office to return the vehicle, after now driven 6 miles, while stopped at a street signal light, the vehicle again stopped running, leaving me stalled in the intersection. Luckily, I was able to restart the vehicle and got it moving and was able to return the vehicle back to the U-Haul office a mile away.

DOUGLAS RThe pick up and drop off after hours was TERRIBLE!!! Multiple customers were outside not sure what to do or who to speak to! It took me 1.5 hours to pick up the truck and 45 min to drop off…absolutely ridiculous. Need clear communication and better instructions!

WALTER HI can't believe they don't have a duplicate of the car or that they can open it themselves. I had to pay for them to open the van because I left the keys inside. I didn't know where to leave them in their locker. There are no signs, that's why I left them inside the car.

GILBERTO MMy initial reservation was moved to a location that didn’t open untill 11am, although my reservation was for 7am. I was sent to this location for an 8am pickup after calling uhaul and was not able to get the furniture dolly at this site as they did not have any available
Ruby HOur experience with U-Haul, from the time we made our reservation to the time we dropped off the truck in Defuniak Springs, Florida, was outstanding. Everyone we dealt with were kind, professionals who went out of their way to make sure our experience was easy and successful. The truck performed superbly. Thank you to all involved.

No place to wash your vehicle. The person running the office is arrogant and unable accept responsibility.

But the best asset was Jessye the manager. Extremely helpful and what a great sense of humor and personality. She is worth the experience all by herself. Can’t wait to store my motor home there when it comes time.
