Giovanny CThe representative in the morning I think his name was Duffy, was excellent caring and extremely helpful. When I drop the trailer back off in the afternoon the representative was quite the opposite. Derogative and made me feel like he was doing me a favor by doing his job and wasn't what you need after a day of moving and working hard but I may not even I'm taking the trailer if the afternoon person was there in the morning so I guess better to have someone kind get you started and rude when you drop it off because there's no future business and there was no need for it except maybe he was busy but quite a different between the two I would give Duffy if that's his name who signed me out in the morning a big thank you as I did in person and the afternoon person was not worth having as an employee because I would never rent again if I had to deal with him again. Happy to provide further details if it helps but it's a tale of to employees and not about the necessarily a location or the company unfortunately you remember those experiences at the end of your busy day and I just wanted to get out of there and not listen to a word you would say because I don't get spoken to that way and for some reason he thought he could and would.

MARIO MRegrettably the bill was incorrect and needs to be changed to the correct price. We rented the vehicle at 9 and brought it back at 2:11. On the bill it states "wrong drop off location" for $258.00. Spoke to Gary but he can not fix it. Hoping Duff will call me tomorrow to straighten out. Personnel could not help resolve the issue, that is why I stated he was not helpful.
