I am getting phone calls and emails saying I didn’t return when I returned it the same day within three hours and I could’ve held it to the next day I had to drive back to U-Haul to strain it out finally did Just laziness And unprofessionalism

MARIO MRegrettably the bill was incorrect and needs to be changed to the correct price. We rented the vehicle at 9 and brought it back at 2:11. On the bill it states "wrong drop off location" for $258.00. Spoke to Gary but he can not fix it. Hoping Duff will call me tomorrow to straighten out. Personnel could not help resolve the issue, that is why I stated he was not helpful.
