The location and team there are awesome. The vehicle I had was not in great mechanical shape. I actually feared for my life over 40 mph. It has significant mileage on it and should have been changed out by now. AC did not work well but shake in steering above 40mph was defiantly not something I was ready for.

The truck was provided to me with 13 miles left in the gas tank. I put more gas in it than was originally given to me and they were unable to rebate/reimburse me. The guy also talked to me like I was stupid, unable to understand how to read a gas gauge. I was unaware how much gas the truck was initially supposed to come with as this was my first time renting one, however I did take a picture of how much gas was in there, with it being time stamped. The guy argued with me saying I should have told them before I left, although they did not make that aware to me prior to distributing the truck. The guy told me it’s simple to understand (reading a gas gauge). I also have pictures of how much gas was provided back into the vehicle afterwards.

I was charged for 5 gallons of gas even though I returned the truck at the same level of gas. I took a picture when I pulled out. More disturbing was that I was not able to reach anyone to talk about it after. I called multiple times and got no answer. Then when finally someone answered he put me on hold for 10 minutes. I rent from here often and I’m generally happily with the customer service, but I’m rarely able to reach someone by phone and they are not usually helpful over the phone.

THis is a very easy to use location. They keep their trailers in perfect clean condition. The staff is always helpful in both hook up and disconnect. Its open and airy and simple to pull in and out. Its my go to location eventhough its a bit further than others. Great staff.

all three people working were very kind and very professional knew what they were doing and worked well with others who worked there and with people walking in to make sure everything was running smoothly and everyone was happy. I wouldn’t change a thing. Gary and Jason were extremely helpful. they were both always smiling and moving fast and ready to help. Seem to love their job very well it showed.

So, I came to this place after my 9 am rental didn't open on time and then didn't have the truck. I love the original spot though this spot was nice despite thier office being worked on.

The windshield wiper was broken, so I couldn't use it in the rain when returning the truck. Also, my initial reservation was in Delray; when I arrived to pick up the truck, there wasn't one available at that location, and they sent me to Boca Raton, which delayed the moving.

The agent, Hunter, told me when I signed in that insurance is required to rent a cargo van. When I told him my personal coverage covers a cargo van, he said he was new and couldn't do anything about it. He called over his manager, Gary, who told me the same thing his regional manager told them: to make insurance mandatory for cargo rentals. Gary told me this was a new policy that started on June 1, 2026. I then showed Gary a rental agreement from June 6th, from the same location, where I got a cargo van with no coverage. He said he wanted to go back and update that closed-out agreement to add insurance. I told him, " That's ridiculous. I will take this up by filing a complaint within the next day or so... I can't imagine how many renters have been forced to buy insurance at this location because they were told they have to. I didn't appreciate all the calls I now have to make because of this nonsense.

Couldn’t use the truck! As soon I got the rental truck from Boca Raton to West Palm the car was overheated and had to stop for 3 hours to get the engine cooled again. Getting back to the place to return it and explain the issue, the answer from the guy was “sorry I’m not a technician” really?? I had to pay for a truck that couldn’t use it.

They charged me for gas. I went back and showed them a picture of the fuel gauge and he said he would take care of it, which he didn’t. Not to be trusted. You have to document everything and even they will stifff you.

To Whom It May Concern, This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I rented a U-Haul for four hours, and when I returned the vehicle, the employee handling the check-in was sitting with his feet up on the desk. I specifically asked him to make sure the vehicle was properly checked in and that the gas level and mileage were recorded accurately. He told me to simply leave the vehicle there and assured me that everything was fine. Unfortunately, I later discovered that I was overcharged due to the negligence of your staff. Since then, I have made several attempts to resolve this issue, but no one has returned my calls or provided any assistance. I would appreciate immediate attention to this matter and a prompt resolution regarding the incorrect charges. contract number 26051208

I have used this uhaul location on a number of occasions. It is always quick, easy and the vehicle is well maintained and the guys working there are very helpful.

They trucks are not being serviced on. I rented one, got to my pick up location, the darn thing had a reduced engine power speed, check engine light on, something about brakes. It was just horrible.

They overcharged me and it was fraudulent. They charged me $30 fuel surcharge and for the gas when I filled the tank up to exactly where they gave it to me. I am furious with this place and will never rent from them again.
