10 Stars! Amazing Customer Service! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this U-Haul location! The movers I had hired to move my daughter from Boca Raton to her new apartment in downtown Fort Lauderdale never showed up, and we had a specific move-in time at her building. I rushed to U-Haul in a panic, planning to somehow do it ourselves. From the moment I walked in, two wonderful young men immediately offered to help. Jason truly saved the day! He came to my home, took apart the bed, loaded everything into the van, drove to Fort Lauderdale, moved everything into the apartment, reassembled the bed, and even returned the van for me. Jason was incredibly kind, helpful, and went above and beyond anything I could have expected. What started as a stressful disaster turned into a successful move because of him. This location gets 10 stars from me! Thank you, Jason, for saving the day!
