I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION I have rented two trucks on two different occasions, and both times I rented it the gas tank was not full, this time I did 23 miles and when I filled the tank it cost me $45 dollars, they charge you by mileage and then you are forced to return the truck with a full tank of gas, but they do not take it seriously to be honest and give you a full tank, I went twice and both times the same thing happened to me, I took pictures of the dashboard with the gas meter and they are clearly scamming their customers, if this happens once I consider it an accident but twice I consider it a scam

Both of the office ladies were super helpful, friendly yet professional. My rental was handled quickly, and I was on my way! Unfortunately, I had a problem when I went to pick up my load, I could not figure out how to open the locked back door! I called the phone number and was directed to the call center. The first lady I spoke with had no idea how to help and hung up with me. The second lady also had no clue and was going to call for roadside assistance, I said never mind because I didn't have time to wait and returned to the rental facility. I was shown by the staff what I was supposed to do to get the back door unlocked and I was back on my way in a heartbeat. Another plus score for the rental office staff, thank you!

Very courteous scheduling a reservation over the phone. It may take a couple of minutes to pick up the truck because they are kept all the way in the back. Good service overall - would definitely use them again and recommend to friends

This location is one of my new favorite locations! The employees are super smart, efficient, quick, and friendly! I had to return my truck about 30 min after they closed, so was prepared to the usual "rigorous" after hours check in, but then they showed up, and just told me hand them the key and they'd check it in for me! Was so awesome after a long hard day helping a friend move!!! Thanks!

I asked when I walked in if I had to download the app she said no, upon return they were closed gate was locked, we called customer service 3C and got different responses from each agent. Luckily someone was coming out so we swooped in the gate to park the trailer. 2 other ppl arrived to pickup uhaul trucks and they weren’t there. Will never book this location again.

Had almost no gas when I rented the vehicle. The vehicle sounded like it was on it's last legs. No power, engine making noises. Unusual for your vehicles.

The process was simple. I only used the truck for 2 hours and the return was easy (so I thought). The next morning I received a call from ‘Emily’ asking if i had planned on returning the U-haul? I was shocked! I told her i returned the truck 2 hours later to 2 females. She said she would f/u. I asked for a phone call to please let me know everything is ok and you found your truck…but no call. i’m assuming everything is good but it would be nice to know and told ‘we’re sorry for the mishap.’ :-(

I had such an easy experience renting from uhaul this time. The people were helpful and kind in both the pick up and drop off locations. The vehicle drove like a dream and I was blown away with the gas milage. 10 out of 5 stars

My unit was broken into and they called my disconnect phone and when couldn’t reach me they stopped. No attempt to email. When I went in a week after the u it had been vandalized they told me that it was my fault I was not contacted because my phone number was wrong. Their behavior was completely rude and unprofessional. When I asked when it had been broken into no one could tell me, but they did say they weren’t reporting it to police that this was my responsibility. I got a truck and moved my remaining things out that same day. Completely lacking in all aspects and not a place to ever consider trusting with your items.

Worst Storage facilityI have ever used, never got a gate code so could only go in during hours the office was open, staff gave excuses every time I asked for the code. Cancelled after one month, easier to use higher price storage down the road with better staff

Only had a few problems over many years. Dumb customers parked Uhaul trucks when returning at night that blocked gate. Maybe put up signs or paint yellow stripes. Second, something should be done about the stray cats. There are a lot of them running around and I see them every time I went to the facility. They broke into my boat and destroyed the interior.

In the past, I have worked with a few big companies as a Continuous Improvement Manager. Here is my improvement advice to Sr. Management. 1. There should be an online payment system instead of calling on the phone for the payment. 2. Employees were not dressed well as compared to other storage. 3. Lighting is not very good. 4. There should be a restroom. I saw a few people looking for the restroom. 5. There are not many pallets. I saw only 1 pallet in my area. Once I saw a few people just waiting for the pallets.

Besides prices going up unexpectedly, I have no complaints about thw service offered. It was the most reasonably priced facility in May 2021, and it's in a fairly good neighborhood and location.
