I gave notice on thursday may-2th8 that i would vacate on thursday june-4th which i did. I went back to make sure I was checked outon june-11 and found out I wasn't checked out even though there was a vehicle in that space. The place needs better communication regarding these notices, I even watched my notice that i was vacating being entered into the system it didn't seem to be recallable when i went in to check.Even thoughthe contract said to put my notice of vacating to put it in writing i was told that was't necessary as I watched the person go onto the computer and enter something.

Then recently I discovered water seeping into my unit which ruined several cardboard boxes. The staff are v nice and try hard but keeping closer tabs on unit security is warranted. Also the physical plant needs some upgrades.
