There was an issue with the app so we could not get the truck at our scheduled time and I had to speak to 5 different people on the phone to find out that the truck wasn't ready for mobile pickup so I would have to wait 45 minutes until the location opened. Once the location opened the person who helped me grabbed the keys from the lockbox so it was ready for mobile pickup I assume there was just a disconnect because of the app issues. Not having the truck at 8 AM when we went to pick it up pushed back the whole schedule for the day. The location itself was not an issue it was the app.
Paris BlanchardTerrible, I never received my prepaid blankets or dolly. Did finally get a refund after calling multiple times. This location claims I returned the U-Haul at just between 1/4 abd 1/2 tank which is true, but they claim I used half a tank, I drove 30 miles total and was charged an extra 40 dollars for gas. I returned the truck with more gas than when I received it. I have time stamped pics to prove it.
Ashley McBrideI picked up the truck before opening so I had to use the app to get the key. It was dark. The app asked if it was clean. I said yes. But when it was light out I saw it was not clean. And when I got in the cab the floor was pretty dirty. The truck was also very old with almost 200k miles on it. The whole thing constantly shook and creaked and for about a minute I lost power steering. Honestly not a good experience over all. You should probably sell that truck and get it out of your fleet.

Yulimar RodriguezThe truck is old and very shaky on the Freeway. I thought the front dash was going to fall apart while driving 55. Also the brakes are horrible and squeal every time I applied the brakes. The truck was clean but the steering wheel is about 40 percent gone.

Rich LeeThe check in online was a JOKE! So many steps which I am not used to the steps as I do this once every other year, which is ok if I can check in and go. But I can’t. Doing something for the first time, or once every few years, takes you a lot longer than having someone who does it multiple times a day help you do it. But that’s fine if you can skip the desk and go. But the last step, “go inside and get the key”. I still had to go inside and get the key. Still had to talk with the person who could have done the process in 1/3 of the time. The process SUCKS! All it does is save the company time. It saddles the customer with the paperwork. Burdens the customer with more time on the site figuring crap out with what pay off? Skip the line? Nope. Still waited. Grab and go? Nope. Still waited in line. I don’t get it. The employees were fantastic. The online process, awful

I was charged for a whole extra day because I dropped the truck off 20 minutes late because I got stuck in traffic due to a wreck on the freeway.

Corey MilneInitially charged me $112.94 which included 50 miles. The paperwork they gave me was inaccurate by two miles. I drove 52 miles and then received a separate charge for $118.47 after returning the truck. Which is a difference of $5.53. Why was I charged $5.53 for two miles? And why was I double billed? I would think if the final amount is different than the estimated cost then you would either refund a little or charge a little. Not make an entire separate charge. I will would not recommend this UHaul to anyone. I will actively tell my friend and family not to use it. Will be making a review on Google as well.
Stephen DukeI ordered a furniture dolly and some furniture pads for our move, but when I showed up to pick up the truck they forgot to add the equipment. I had to call customer service and travel 30 minutes out of my way to pick it up from another location. This is the second time a U-Haul affiliate forgot to get me the equipment I ordered and it's frustrating to try and plan around when I don't know if I'll need to add 30 minutes to my plans to accommodate this negligence.

Michael ParkerI reserved and had confirmed a rental for Truck Share to allow an early pick-up. The location failed to set that up the night before. After spending 1:45 trying to get assistance from U-Haul support, I was obliged to wait for the location to open. I lost two hours of work time, had to pay the laborers two hours of wages for doing nothing. That set the entire move behind with cascading effects throughout the day. This is a total failure on U-haul. local and corporate.

Darbie VosJust ensure the trucks are a little cleaner, though it wasn't too bad. Also, ensure more recent pictures are taken off the truck (for the mobile checkout). The pics I had to verify seemed a bit older when the truck was newer.

CRAIG THOMPSONI would never recommend that location. We had to change our reservatuon due to issues out of our control. Jeremy, whi was running that location was rude to my wife. He complained at her was snide disrespectful and very unprofessional. The only reason we took the truck was because we had to move and had no other choice.
