Fast easy efficient
Jenny MInspect every piece of equipment. Use high standards. Take customer safety and satisfaction seriously. Address every complaint immediately. Take problem equipment out of use. Repair every single item found during inspection. Communicate with customer with respect, professionalism, and basic courtesy. Refund customer based on customer dissatisfaction, safety needs, failure to perform professional inspection and repairs. Issue apology and commit to correcting all problems and employee failures.

ROSSELIN MTire blew out on the trailer, on I-75, while towing a 1957 Chevy pickup. While I was satisfied with the service while at the store, there was apparently something missed when inspecting the trailer.
JOSHUA PBattery would die every time you turn off vehicle, extremely unreliable service.
HECTOR RVery unhappy with drop off. Location was changed to a location 50 miles away from original scheduled drop off location which I had confirmed upon pick up. This was supposed to be a one way rental but was changed after I picked it up to a drop off location near where I picked up the truck. Had to call to get it changed, was disconnected then finally had it changed to a new location 3 miles away from original location, then uhaul charged me for the 3 extra miles. Was not a good experience at all. They had also changed my pick up location but it was at least close to the original location; however did add extra miles as well. No locations are guaranteed, then they charge for the extra miles.

Ricardo PYounger gentleman seems to be the only one that knows what to do. Truck felt like transmission was slipping & front end alignment seemed very off, very difficult to steer

Shaun TRude, threatening, absolutely the worst customer service, Truck is in need of maintenance as It shakes and damaged some of the items being transported. Not sure why they take a picture of one’s drivers license on their personal devices.The young team member set the example, the older was combative, verbally abusive towards me and threatening, check cameras. If I were not dealing with a friend’s emergency, I would have gone elsewhere. They did not provide funiture cart yet charged for it. Please process refund. Sure the high demand is there but the customer service experience is vital to ensure employment or business opportunities as AI advances, it is shameful that a hothead, hostile owner, manager, employee brings the entire brand down. The service had always been average, now that I recall, I have witnessed how rude the same older man has been with people that did not speak Spanish, even though that is his native tongue. Will avoid this location going forward and because of this unpleasant experience maybe the Uhaul brand all together when possible. I mentioned the experience this morning on a call with our realty’s network and will make sure to broadcast throughout social media.

Gary SOlder man at the counter was a little grouchy and abrupt speaking to younger man. Young man, tall, dark hair and beard, didn’t get his name, was outstanding.
MALCOLM TIn message board it said low tire pressure right rear tire. I brought my concern to your employee and they informed me it was a faulty sensor. I still did not feel comfortable that that was the case. This can be a real safety concern and the truck should be removed from your fleet immediately, Until repaired.
