First off, people were friendly and service was quick. The associate who hooked up my trailer forgot to tighten the hitch mount. When loading the vehicle,the trailer lifted off the hitch and damaged my tailgate and license plate. Will follow up with a call to u-haul tomorrow during business hours.Oloff D.

I had a major screwup from U-haul representatives, but Store 66 staff fixed it. The new U-haul rep called me instead of the store, I had my reservation scheduled way in advanced, but 12 hours before picking it up, my store pickup was changed by this person more than 3 times, unnecessarily. My preferred location (Store 66) HAD my truck, but the Rep thought something was wrong so changed it to a further location. Then when Store 66 fixed it, the Rep thought it was a mistake and changed my reservation again. So the morning of my move across states, I was at Store 66, couldn't do self checkin because the store was screwed up and I was stuck in a time crunch. LUCKILY the staff from Store 66 went WAY above and beyond in helping me. Someone was there way before the store opened expecting me. Made a few calls, and ultimately circumvented the screw up so that I could be on my way with a truck, which was the goal. Highly recommend the Store 66 location. I personally wished the U-haul representatives wouldn't have gotten involved and I'm extremely disappointed for the last minute stress and anxiety they caused. Wished they could have done better to fix it, but local staff made sure I could stay to my schedule and that's all that I could have asked for.Danny C.

In these stores you call to find out about the reservation and they leave you waiting, they never answer your requirements, before delivering the vehicle they must deliver it with a person so that it can be inspected, unfortunately, I took the paper where it said the conditions of the vehicle, supposedly the fuel it was full and it wasn't like that. I had to deliver it full also for trusting and not verifying before. customer support is extremely bad.MARIA C.
