Robert DAbsolutely horrible service. I verified myself online prior to getting there to avoid waiting and it took 32 minutes to get a U-Haul. I got one and it was filled with chalk so they had to switch it out which made me late to pick up what I was getting with the U-haul. I returned the Uhual with gas and then got charged around $60 for the gas to be filled by the company and this wasn’t even explained to me when picking up the truck. I called to ask about this and waiting on the phone for 23 minutes since Bill put me on hold. I called back and Bill tried to put me on hold again and I said I just waited 23 minutes I would like to talk to someone. He then assisted me in a very aggravated tone and then told me he personally took pictures of the gas and it wasn’t filled and hung up on me. I couldn’t believe the way I was spoken to. This establishment needs some training on how to speak to people and I would never go back. I called corporate to explain what I dealt with and hoping for a call back from the GM of this location by Monday.
