How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe were notified about the change in location two days before which was not a problem as the location was still relatively close to the original pick up location. In the location update email, we were still guaranteed the rental for an 8 am pick up like we originally selected only to get there a little after 8 am on the day of our reservation to see that the office does not open until 8:30 am and they did not have our pick up ready until closer to 9 am which threw off our schedule a bit but wasn’t too bad. My husband who picked up the rental asked the employee if he had put the two dolleys we rented into the truck as we needed them to help ease our move and the employee insisted he did. When my husband got back to our place we found no dolleys at all. We were already behind schedule and had to just move everything by hand which put us more off schedule and we had to contact all of the workers coming to our second location to push them back later in the day.
