I’ve been overcharged. When I contacted e alert I was told a case would be opened but instead of hearing from someone I was charged again. Very unhappy with this experience

Fue mi primera vez y tuve buena experiencia solo pienso que deberían explicar y desglosar el monto antes de cobrártelo y explicar cuánto será tu total y el porqué, ya que solo recibí la factura. Pensé que me habían cobrado un montón muy alto y tuve que llamar por teléfono para preguntar y me dijeron que era un monto estimado, y luego me lo reembolsarían. Es algo que deberían explicar estando en propia tienda pero del resto tuve muy buena experiencia

Mark S1st i RSVP the trailer 3 days in advance. They call me and tell me Uhaul took my RSVP but they didnt have the trailer and I needed to call Uhaul. After calling and someone trying to sell me crap I ended up hanging up and asking for a call back. At that point I was given a different location 15miles out of my way. When I returned the trailer a guy comes out tells me I cant return the trailer there because it was a 1 way. I told him this addresse is on my contract. He got up set and told me he had no space. I said no one called me to inform me of this. He then YELLED at me repeatedly. I told him this is the address on my contract, im leaving it here. He then yelled " park it where ever you want and stormed back inside. I proceeded to park the trialer in a space and he came back out again being rude. This is a SERVICE I paid for!! Completely untrained , unprofessional from start to finish.
Luke PThere was a patched spot in the truck floor that was broke and my daughter who is tiny stepped in it and went thru. Otherwise the experience was amazing as always. I’ve been going to this location for years
