Nothing, the agent were excellent and supportive. Their advice was tremendous and beneficial for the one way trip from Palm springs Florida to Lubbock Texas. They went far and above with their superior customer service skills to meet our needs. They very professional and had the equipment ready on time.the truck and the auto transport were well maintained. I have used this service in the past with Uhaul and this team at this location far superior than the other Uhaul agents in the past. In the truck I rented there was an ensure bottle in it and the console where the drinks are held was dirty. Otherwise not bad.
Shelia BThere were roaches in the van. Did not realize it until I had things loaded. I wound up having to get rid of stuff. Also, the process to pick up was extremely long and inefficient. I will NEVER rent anything from any U-Haul again after this experience.
Teresa SPickup location was disorganized. A worker from the building was overwhelmed with truck inventory and wanted us to drive the truck to the other location. I’m not here to do your job.
