My only disappointment was that the lady had told me personally that they would be open until 5PM on Saturday for the return of the truck. I arrived there at about 10 minutes before 5:00 and the office was locked and dark.

The location, the gal who works there, and equipment were excellent. I have nothing negative to say there. My dissatisfaction was with price. I have been renting Uhaul trucks of all sizes for years and have never paid anywhere close to .99 cents a mile. It cost me $115. To rent a $19.95/day truck for half a day to get a small move done.

The charges were ridiculous: firstly I was charged environmental fee, tax rate for this location is very high and thirdly I was charged twice.

They always have the door locked, the open sign on, and nobody answers the door or the phone. The APP would not let me return my truck. I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to come to the door so I could return it. I tried to call UHaul in order to get help and the wait time was 63 minutes. 63 MINUTES!!!! This is completely ridiculous for a company as big as U-Haul. Uhaul will never get anymore of my money.

When I open the back hatch to load the dolly into the back there were two roaches bugs in the back and I was just thinking I hope I don't get roaches in my things. Second I get into the vehicle and there is something sticky spilled all over the dash all over the seat all over the floor. So when I got up the next morning to leave of course there were ants everywhere inside of the vehicle. Third the air conditioner didn't work... It would turn on and it sounded like it was working but it wasn't blowing. Then the check engine light came on. I was driving a 180 miles with my child in the U-Haul and through Atlanta Georgia traffic at that I really really hated for me and my child to a broken down on the middle of the freeway or anywhere for that matter. And you would think with Corona and the pandemic going on right now that the inside would have been cleaned and sanitized before the next customer got into it but no it was not at all. I would really like my money back or at least half of it cuz I paid $250 for a U-Haul that was not in no way conditioned to be driving by a customer I took pictures of everything and a video if you would like I would be more than happy to submit those to you

I did self service for first time. It was great. However, I was unaware if you did not report miles and fuel at the return location, customer would be charged a $20 convenience fee. I tired to upload information when 8 got home and was unable too. I was exhausted and had been moving for 2 days. it was a chore to contact the virtual assistant at 130am. luckily the return site waived the fee. THANK YIU. I will continued to be a valued customer.

Very accommodating. Truck would not re-start after we made our first trip and had to jump start. Store More responded quickly to phone call. Still billed for 1/4 tank of gas even though we could not re-fill due to the truck not re-starting without a jump - can't re-fill a running vehicle at a gas station.

Never again the a/c didn't work properly it was trash all under the seats and cans left in the truck. I went and put gas back in the truck and put it back on full it was 1 hair off and he still charged me 14 dollars never ever ever again for 132.00 I could've let furniture place deliver my bed wat a rip-off

Let customers know how much they will be charged if they don't put gas back in the uhaul. Also, let them know that if they break the zip tie on the dolly they will be charged as well. Our dolly was in the way of loading the truck so we had to move it. Even though we didnt use it we were still charged for it.

The condition of the uhaul (mechanical) was the worst I have ever seen. I left a previous review during my return of the uhaul. There were SEVERAL things wrong but the worst thing was the alignment.

I drove less miles than I originally estimated and paid for plus filled the truck up less than a mile from the location and yet they charged more on my card saying I didn't return the truck with a full tank. When I called to discuss it with the manager she just could not follow what I was saying. Very displeased and will never do this again.

My comment actually applies to the first uhaul I'd reserved for this same day. It was located on Jessie Jewell Hwy. in Gainesville. I'd made a reservation for a truck, furniture dolly and hand truck, only to find upon my arrival that they weren't available. The uhaul representative suggested that I drive all the way back to Oakwood (10 miles south) to retrieve these items. Simply unexceptable. The representative at the Atlanta Hwy location was empathetic to my situation, phoned her manager to get me a discount and was professional and efficient. If I need moving services and equipment again, I'd probably seek them out particularly. It was a sparkling light in a very stressful day.

we only had the trailer for about 12 hours and the drop off location was so kind to tell us maybe we should call U-Haul to see if we could get some of our money refunded because they charged us for two days and we only used it a few hours. I did that the customer service rep was very helpful and explain to me she would have a supervisor call me back about the credit. That is when the experience turned bad the supervisor was very condescending and even said to me maybe you don't understand that we won't be refunding your money it's a set price I then told him I completely understood I just didn't think that was a customer friendly policy and he told me sorry to hear that. Everyone else was amazing except for the supervisor maybe he needs more training which is what he told me the local store needed by suggesting me to call and requesting for some money back. He was rude and condescending and I hope that someone can speak to him about his customer service being that he is in a supervisory position.
