I reserved the 10 foot truck for 7 am with 2 dolleys and moving cloths. The truck was EMPTY- no Dollie's nothing. I had to wait til the place opened at 9 am to get the truck. Then to Lowes to BUY a dolley. I started receiving pick up messages later that day -nothing will be accurate as far as mileage. Not a good experience.

This location and the other with the roads didn't have pads which I had to pay additional milage for to go buy and I've location didn't have all the equipment or the UHAUL rep who called me FRIDAY BEFORE MY SCHEDULED PICK UP TO CHANGE THE LOCATION. I FEEL CHEATED AND WAS FORCED TO PAY MORE THAN I SHOULD'VE. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN. THE CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTER SHOW CHECK WITH IT'S LOCAL STORES TO SEE WHAT PRODUCTS THEY HAVE.
William C.The pickup location was awesome! U haul needs to work on making it easy for customers. If reserved in advance there should be some support to meet the reservation or at least offer an incentive in credit for additional cost to incure due to pickup at another location.

Julie T.They completely messed my order up. When I returned the truck they said I was issued a different truck then I returned. I returned it with over half a tank and a couple days later they sent me an email saying I owed 90 more dollars for fuel because the truck was only 1/8ths full. They clearly don't know what they are doing and I will never rent from Uhaul again.
