Actually, this whole experience with this rental has been rather frustrating. It all started with a call 20 minutes before I was going to pick up the truck informing me, they did not have the truck and would have to find another one. Elm Street location sent me to a location just down the road which was a closed body shop. I called the number they gave me and a man who sounded drunk picked up the phone. He said he did not know anything about a rental but could be there later, in an hour or so. I went back to the Elm St location and told them this. They then sent me to KDR. The only way I could get my truck was if I changed my plans to accommodate UHAUL and was forced to get a Local truck. So, I had to spend another hour of my time driving this truck back to Mechanicsville from Midlothian. A very unpleasant experience. It is a shame that this company dominates the moving market, with any hope a Blackstone or similar company will see a real opportunity to start another competitive company which would ease the pain of dealing with such lackluster entity.

Jeremy KVehicle was not clean inside. Had to clean it out before I left the area. Personal garbage left in truck. I reported it and damages to the merchant before I left. Gas tank on Empty, tire air sensor system error light on, tire needed air, check engine light comes on periodically and headlight out. Uncomfortable, noisy and rough ride, Seats would not adjust. I will not select this 10 ft truck in the future. I had the inside of the truck detailed clean prior to turning it in at my cost.
