Blake W.My bad experience is all related to the 24/7 check in process. I rented a U-Haul at 4:30 AM. I did the pre-check in and uploaded my license. When I showed up at 4:30 AM, I uploaded it again. So issue occurred where it requested more info. They needed to verify my identity with three people. At 4:30 AM on a Saturday morning, there is no one that I feel comfortable waking up to verify me. They told me to get my passport. I drove 30 minutes home to get it and 30 minutes back. After uploading my passport and everything else again, they then said they had to call people again. Super frustrating process that took 3 hours to try and figure out. Finally the location opened up and I got the U-Haul. This process is horrible. I will not be a returning customer to U-Haul. Super disappointed in the system but also the attendants lack of clear communication and empathy. Definitely and experience I will share with friends.
