Vehicle was not clean inside. Had to clean it out before I left the area. Personal garbage left in truck. I reported it and damages to the merchant before I left. Gas tank on Empty, tire air sensor system error light on, tire needed air, check engine light comes on periodically and headlight out. Uncomfortable, noisy and rough ride, Seats would not adjust. I will not select this 10 ft truck in the future. I had the inside of the truck detailed clean prior to turning it in at my cost.

Victoria CWhen contacting this location to discuss $191 drop off fee, person who answered the phone was very rude and hung up on me. We disagree on fuel level status when dropping truck off. This person didn't want to assist at all, terrible customer service!
Franky RThe location was supposed to open at 8:00 am so I reserved my reservation for a 8:00 am pick up but the guy didn’t show up until 8:30 am because he over slept. No apologies offered. I made a reservation for a 20’ foot truck, come to find out they only had a 15’ at this location. Again no apologies or effort to make other arrangements. Horrible customer service at this location not to mention it was a dirty disgusting convenience store. That was not convenient at all!! Highly recommend NOT renting from this location.
