I would have recommended this location in 2024 when I rented 3 trucks from this location, but not this year. It definitely has changed. We had to return our 26 foot truck after hours. There wasn’t any place to park it and no instructions where or how to park a 26 foot on their after-hours check-in. I called the emergency number on the door with no one answering. I left a message and no one called back. We were there almost 30 minutes trying to figure out what to do. Thankfully, a man who had a storage unit behind the gate arrived. He said he would let us into the gate to park the truck. He was an angel! Once he let us into the gate, we parked the truck and did the checkout on the Ap very easily. The man was kind enough to wait until we took the pictures on the Ap to pull up to the gate to let us out. Then we returned the keys in the drop box. This was the end of a very stressful ordeal with the booking of a 26 foot truck in Aylett, Virginia (King William County). I hope no one has to move out of Aylett needing a 26 foot truck - for your own sakes, find another method to move!

Robert NDrop box was unable to be located. I contacted Uhaul support and they couldn't help me find it either. No staff were present. Uhaul support advised I leave the key in the vehicle.

Margaret HThis is an outstanding location to reserve a UHaul. Craig and Chelly are both nice, professional and caring people. This is my 3rd time to rent from this location. Each time has been a wonderful experience. Today’s 26’ truck was like new. - I prefer to call this location and make the reservation directly with Craig or Chelly. It’s done accurately! The only time I had an issue was when I made the reservation on the Ap! Always call the location first to not have any issue. - I have rented Uhaul trucks over 30 times in my life and this location has been my favorite!
