The lady, Leslie at this location did a perfect job with explaining everything to me with her knowledge with Uhaul and renting me a storage space. Her smile & big heart will light up any room. She made my recent tragedy so much easier with her help and wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to come to her for your storage & Uhaul needs. Leslie is a blessing in disguise & needs more recognition than a review.

My 26 foot rental was picked up by me with less than 1/8 of a tank of fuel. That was a real inconvenient. The experience was good, besides the fuel issue.

Refine procedures for appliance dolly rental with an after hours truck pick up. I ordered an appliance dolly online with my truck order and assumed it would be loaded in the back of my truck, but the truck contained the furniture dolly, which I believe comes standard with all rentals. This did not ruin my move, as we were able to make the furniture dolly work, but it might have restricted the abilities of a less capable crew (I had strong helpers!).

polite and helpful staff. However, I let the agent know the particulars of my pending trip, including where I was going, since it was out of the way and not a straight route to my final destination, and my reason for needing the truck as long as I did. Notes where not left, so I was charged an overage fee for excess miles and extended time. Very unsatisfied in the end.

UHaul Online needs to confirm the availability of equipment at the pick up location before allowing it to be reserved. I.e. dollies and blankets. For example, when I reserved the truck, I also wanted an appliance dolly and a dozen moving blankets. When I arrived to pick up the truck I was told they did not have the dolly or blankets.

Online check-in was unclear. Size estimate of apartment to truck space was off and we needed an extra trip which cost us an extra 100 dollars. Not thrilled about that.

I rented my uhaul online and was called a few days later and told they didn't have that truck available at that location and said I could pick it up at a different location. This added 14 total miles to my overall trip causing me to pay more than I expected. I had also rented a utility dolly and an appliance dolly which I never received with my rental. When I picked up the uhaul truck, I was told this equipment was unavailable. This made my move much more complicated because I had to lift everything myself.

At the time of pick up how the representative explain to the customer exactly how the drop off after hours works. That would save a lot of time because doing it by the website U-Haul.com it was kind of questionable in some of the things that was being requested. And also have a designated spot for the larger vehicles to be able to be parked because it's a very small area. some customers (like myself) May not have a CDL license. Which made it very difficult for me to be able to park, and could've caused a lot of damage trying to park the vehicle in such a congested area.

I knew I was going to be late returning the van so I called ahead to see if it was okay and was told that it was fine and to just return it when I could. I was not told that if I was late that I'd be charged for a second term. I didn't know that until it was on my bill the next day. The renting from your phone is useless when you then have to go inside the store to pick up the keys.

Check miles on the truck before dispatching then to self pick up customers. Because I picked up and needed to go when I did, I couldn't wait for the store to open to correct the miles on the paper. Was over 2k miles off. The biggest hassle I've ever experienced with uhaul. I will most like not use this feature ever again, my first and last time. The concept was nice but hassle since the miles were wrong.

Clean in between use, the windshield was filthy and could see lots of bug smudges all over. I confirmed via phone that I would be paying a certain Fixed rate amount for the one way trip, and when I actually picked up, I was told another amount accounting for mileage. It should have been included in my reservation total instead setting me up for unexpected expenses. I almost cancelled my entire trip.
