The store/ location was okay. The customer service with uhaul representatives is horrible. I will not recommend uhaul to anyone just because of the management.Andria R.

I wanted the 10 ft truck and the guy said only the 15-foot was available and I did the pick up by mobile but I went inside because I had questions and the guy kept telling me it all says it in the directions on the phone instead of just telling me the answer and then the air conditioner on the truck kept going in and outAmanda Q.

Equipment (dolly, appliance dolly, blankets) were not inside the truck. Took 2 hours to find a Uhaul location with the equipment. Paid overtime to movers because of this poor serviceRAJAN M.
Completely messed up my reservation and I was charged more than I should've been and not due to my fault. I was asked to make my reservation a round trip instead of a one way for $50 less than the original price not charging me for the extra miles. But when I returned the truck at the location I picked it up I was told I took it to the wrong location and that I owed more money for the extra miles. I tried to call everyone I could and I couldn't find anyone to help me. I will never be using uhaul again.Claire V.

The location was fine, no issues there. I really love the new check in/check out via app. That being said, I was very unsure of the vehicle itself. The brakes did not sound like the were functioning properly. The air conditioning would only work on setting 1&2 (so at half power)...it was 90 degrees the day I moved. Was not pleased with either. Finally, and not nearly as important, the radio speakers did not work very all the times either.Marc O.

Just thank you check every return thoroughly Because I had an experience where a backing up my uhaul truck up in the back no one locked the ramp and it came out and hit knock down my motorcycle if that was not my I will be paying some money out of my pocket to repair it and it wasn't my faultselvin H.
The online check in was a bit confusing and no where was it s tree ated no prepaid card could be used, otherwise the rate of service would been excellent. Despite that hiccup, the representative within the office, Josh, was greater assisting us via phone ESPECIALLY due to the circumstances caused by Covid19. After calling this location about 8-9 times and never answered prior to the pick up for the truck. When it was time to pick up the truck at 12:30pm, there was a sign up stating they were out and would return at 1:00pm. I waited and came back. The store was locked but there was someone in there to come to unlock the door. The guy came and I stated I was here to pick up the vehicle. He was very frustrated and rude about Uhaul canceled reservations at 10:30am. I told him that message was not on the site and I was allowed to reserve the truck, the equipment and pay the deposit with my credit card. I asked did he have the appliance Dolly I reserved, he said no. One is not available. I also stated the equipment was showing available as well. He told me I could online check in by using the app. The instructions are outside. I said why would I want to online check in if I am standing here? He was going on about the Coronavirus. So when he finally completed my order. He told me to call U-haul and make a complaint about his attitude, not being there ontime to pick up the truck.Stacey W.

I would recommend only renting from a UHaul Rental Center. Although the truck was waiti g and ready, it did not have the packing pads I had ordered. I had to drive to an actual rental center to get the pads. Not convenient on moving day. Otherwise, all was good.katherine J.

There was no parking at all for large uhauls. We had to make a park for itKrystal R.
We picked the truck up in the rain and did not notice until the next day that the inside of the windshield was filthy which caused issues driving at night. Also the inside of the back of the truck had not been swept out, we had to sweep dirt out of the truck before we could load our belongings.Aaron S.

Josh at Stormaster is the best! He is extremely professional and always goes out of his way to make his customers happy! We had to rent a large Uhaul to carry and store sets for a elementary school play. Josh gave us a great rate and was extremely flexible when we had to extend our rental.
