The staff person was good and the truck was clean. The truck was in bad shape, however, and there were several times it surged and was hard to control. One time it surged and the driver had to press the brake pedal suddenly and almost to the floor to stop. It's a dangerous vehicle. It had high mileage and we were told it was an in-town only rental. Drivers beware.

Sunghyeun M.This is not specific to the location, but to the rental process as a whole. While I understand the necessity of the mobile check-in process, I found it frustrating and tedious. There were many unexpected steps, like turning on and off location, my location not being registered at the correct address despite standing right in front of the building, chrome browser not having enough memory to upload pictures, having to download a new browser to use, adding a second contact that has to verify your identity, denying a bunch of "add-ons", and disputing the gas gauge level. All of these happened on top of doing the rest of the regular check-in steps, which I'm sure is not the case for most people, but it ended up being so taxing.
William S.This location would be good if the vehicles were cleaned. It should not even be a question to customers if the vehicle is clean enough to rent out to another customer... CLEAN IT guys... That's the least that can be done. Also, be more respectful and kind to customers.

I also rent cars from Avis and they do not cheat the customers out of their money for fractions of decimals on gas . U-Haul is now stooping below rental standards to try to make a dollar off poor people
Marcus K.My issue isn't with the pickup location, it is with Uhaul in general. I had received 3 different phone calls stating that the truck wasn't available at the original location, 3 different times. The pick up location was changed 3 different times. Then when i finally arrived at the above location to pick it up, we did all the paperwork and left. Only to receive a phone call stating we were given the wrong truck and had to drive 20 mins back to exchange the truck.
Amy S.U-Haul did not have my equipment reserved and I had to scramble to find a different, smaller truck at a different location across town. Which of course did not fit all my belongings. U-Haul's customer service was absolutely abysmal and because of U-Haul's terrible inventory management, I was put 4 days behind schedule and nearly $2,000 out of pocket and over budget because I had to get 2 trucks instead of 1, because U-Haul is incapable of guaranteeing a truck will be there when they say it will. I would go to Penske, or Budget or a local moving service before I ever use U-Haul again.

Sharon R.i had a reservation for a truck at a different location. When i showed up to pick up my truck, the truck wasn't there and i was told that i would have to go to a new location and shorten my time that i had the rental truck. I feel that was very unprofessional and a complete inconvenience for me because the previous customer that had the truck decided not to bring it back on time and the representative didn't apologize for the inconvenience that I had to go thru when I had a reservation as early as possible. Next time I will think about going thru a different company because the lack of care that your company shows to clients just is disappointing.
